Appointments & Cancellations

We welcome you to The Shot Shop by Leah Kenney, PA-C and are excited to welcome you in for an appointment. Making an appointment through our online booking system or by calling the front desk requires you to leave a credit card on file to reserve your time. Please make note of your appointment day, date and time; we send multiple reminders by e-mail and text. We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other patients miss the opportunity to receive services. Repeated missed appointments, NO shows and/or cancellations within 48 hours may result in the inability to book future appointments and a $100/$50 fee to the card left on file.

CONSULTATIONS

We welcome you to make an appointment for a consultation with any of our providers. A service that may require a consultation would be a patient new to BOTOX or fillers, PRP Hair Restoration, Viirtue RF Microneedling, O-Shot, P-Shot, Opus Plasma, Venus Viva, Medical Grade Peels and a Skin Consultation. If in doubt, please call 860-746-0007 or 413-561-746-SHOT and one of our staff members will gladly give you more information.

Leah Kenney, PA-C requires a $100 prepaid deposit when booking an initial consultation for one of their services. This fee is applied to services provided the day of your consultation.

There are NO consultation fees for services such as EmsculptNEO, Cryotherapy, IV Vitamin Therapy or Vitamin Shots.

WALK-INS

Due to our very full schedule, we are no longer able to accommodate walk-in appointments.

We do invite you to walk-in to browse and shop for our medical-grade skincare or selection of wellness gifts.
