Fine Print: Raffle Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: Participants
must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Entry Period: The
raffle begins on June 23, 2024 and ends on June 28, 2024. Entries submitted
before or after the designated period will not be eligible.
3. Winner
Selection: The winner will be selected at random from
eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend
on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Notification: The
potential winner will be notified via text, email,or phone within 3 days
following the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails
to respond within 2 days of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility
criteria, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of The
Shot Shop.
5. Prize
Conditions:
· The prize is
non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other
services.
· The winner
must be medically cleared to receive the specified treatment/services. Failure
to meet this requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize without
compensation.
6. Publicity: By
accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow The Shot Shop to use their
name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further
compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7. General
Conditions: The Shot Shop reserves the right to modify or
cancel the raffle at any time for any reason, including but not limited to
fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control
that impairs the integrity of the raffle.
8. Release and
Limitations of Liability: By participating, each entrant agrees to release
and hold harmless The Shot Shop, its affiliates, and their respective officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action
arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
