Keeping You Safe at The Shot Shop

The health, wellness, and safety of our patients and employees is our number one priority at The Shot Shop. Since reopening in May, we’ve added a number of enhanced safety measures that still remain today and are continuing to follow all the required protocols by the state and CDC. Our staff is highly trained and confident that they can treat patients while keeping them safe and comfortable at all times. Here’s a quick overview of some of they important updates we’ve made and what to expect before your visit.

Preparing for your visit

At this time, we no longer accept walk-ins and all appointments must be made in advance either online or over the phone. You will receive a text message to confirm your appointment and a few quick instructions to follow before arriving, including completing a COVID-19 pre-screening, have a mask or face covering on prior to arrival and arrive with no makeup and a clean face for any appointments when a consultation or a facial treatment will occur.

What to expect upon your arrival

In response to COVID-19, we’ve added a number of new safety protocols on top of enhancing our cleaning and sanitizing efforts by investing in equipment such as a disinfectant fogger. We also require all employees and injectors to wear proper PPE such as face masks, face shields when appropriate and gloves, while treating patients.

Upon arrival you’ll notice that we changed the flow of our practice so that there is a separate entrance and exit. We also rearranged and spaced out our furniture, plus added plexiglass to our front desks and hand sanitizer stations throughout the shop. We don’t allow more than one patient in an area at a time and only patients that are receiving a treatment are allowed in the office. We also require a temperature screening for every patient and employee before entry, plus a mandatory COVID questionnaire before treatment.

We are actively monitoring the evolving situation and will continue to pivot as necessary to keep our patients and employees safe. In this time of uncertainty, you can have the utmost confidence in our team that we are doing everything we can to provide our patients with a safe, comfortable and rejuvenating experience.

A credit card must be left on file to book an appointment online.

$100 deposit is required from new patients to book a consultation with Leah or Hank at The Shot Shop. 

The Shot Shop Medical Rejuvenation Center uses the latest, HIPPA compliant, encrypted technology to store your payment information in SecurePay™. Your deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. It will also be applied to any services rendered during your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to cancel within 48 hours, you will forfeit this deposit. For those not needing to leave a deposit and only leaving a credit card on file, we strictly enforce our 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within this time period, we reserve the right to charge the card on file a no-show or late cancellation fee of $100.
